Avoid this awful companyI ordered highway pegs for my motorcycle from these folks. Once arrived, I determined I didn't need them and initiated a return closely following their return policy. I followed all directions including shipping the product back with an enclosed note which included my name and contact information and order number. I hadn't even opened their product. I simply enclosed the unopened product in a new box and sent it off with tracking. Tracking indicated they received the product including a photo of it at their doorstep. I waited a week or so and heard nothing nor received the refund. I called, left massages and emails over the next few weeks. NOTHING. I then initiated a dispute with my bank since this company was ghosting me despite me following all of their directions. After about 3 weeks the dispute was denied. I'm assuming this seller took the effort of lying to my bank in order to get the dispute denied. It's ironic that they would take effort to do so while ignoring me. Too boot, I was a repeat customer for them. NEVER again will I buy from this company. I strongly recommend you avoid this company if you're in the review section now. Advanced sport touring, please stand up and honor your policy. Refund me my $275.00 (order number 11081 placed on May 1st, 2025) and I will take down this review. I will be reporting you to the BBB and will take any other action I can to give you bad publicity or consequences. I'll also point out that had I known you would be such a shady company when returning an item, I'd have kept it and sold the product on Facebook marketplace or Craigslist.
